PURPOSE | why we exist
The Mountain Plains Region exists to empower local churches in our region to fulfill the Great Commandments and the Great Commission by Making Disciples, Developing Leaders, and Planting Churches.
We are here to implement and advance the overall mandate of Open Bible Churches at a regional level in Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico.
VISION | Where WE ARE GOing
To work alongside regional ministers and churches to Press Towards the Mark of the national initiative Mission to M.U.L.T.I.P.L.Y. helping to accomplish the following goals :
1. To multiply the number of disciples by 10% per year in every local church.
2. To multiply the number of leaders by 10% per year in every local church.
3. To multiply the number of regional credentialed ministers by 10% per year.
4. To multiply the number of affiliated churches in our region by 5% per year.
5. To multiply the number and amount of contributions to MVP by 5% per year.

we are
We are a family of faith committed to Jesus, assembled in local churches, and united by affiliation with Open Bible Churches based out of Des Moines, Iowa. Open Bible is a global network of churches providing accountability without undue control.
